Statement

In any case, IC Material Network shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by you as a result of using the IC Material Network platform services, including but not limited to financial losses, profit losses, business interruption losses, etc.

        Due to defects in the equipment or systems of IC Material Search Network or third-party websites involved, or losses caused by computer viruses, IC Material Search Network is not responsible for compensation.

       1.Risk exemption: You understand and acknowledge that any transaction conducted through the IC Material Finding Network platform cannot avoid the occurrence of risks, and IC Material Finding Network cannot and is not obligated to be responsible for risks, including but not limited to the following risks: (1) macroeconomic risks. The risk of abnormal fluctuations in prices and other aspects that may be caused by changes in the macroeconomic situation; (2) Policy risk: Abnormal fluctuations in prices and other aspects that may occur due to changes in relevant laws, regulations, policies, and rules; (3) Default risk: the risk of other trading parties being unable or unwilling to fulfill their obligations on time and in full; (4) Interest rate risk: the risk of user related interests being affected due to changes in market interest rates; (5) Transaction risk: In the transaction process, any default disputes that may occur between the parties should be resolved by each party according to the agreed dispute resolution mechanism; (6) Risks caused by force majeure factors. The above risks do not cover all the risks and market conditions of trading through the IC material search platform. Before making a trading decision, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the relevant transaction, make cautious decisions, and bear all risks on your own.

       2.Exemption from liability for service interruption or malfunction: Based on the particularity of Internet services, IC Finder does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness or security of the service. If the system is unable to operate normally due to relevant conditions, and the registered users of IC Material Finding Network are unable to use any IC Material Finding Network platform services or are affected in any way when using any IC Material Finding Network platform services, the IC Material Finding Network platform shall not be held responsible for you or any third party. The aforementioned situations include but are not limited to: (1) During the downtime and maintenance period of the IC material search network platform system; (2) Telecommunications equipment malfunctions and cannot transmit data; (3) Interruptions or delays in IC material search platform services caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments or malfunctions of network suppliers, website upgrades, and other issues; (4) Due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, etc., the IC material search network platform system is unable to carry out business due to obstacles. 

       3.Third party fault exemption: In any case, any responsibility related to the services provided by a third party during your use of the IC Material Finding Network platform shall be borne by the third party, and IC Material Finding Network shall not be held responsible. 

       4.User fault exemption: Any losses or liabilities caused by your own reasons shall be borne by you, and IC Material Network shall not be held responsible. Such situations include but are not limited to: (1) any losses or liabilities caused by your failure to operate in accordance with this agreement or any rules published by the IC Material Network platform from time to time; (2) Any losses or liabilities caused by unclear, ambiguous, incomplete instructions sent to the IC material search platform; (3) Losses caused by your decision-making errors, improper operations, forgetting or leaking passwords, passwords being cracked by others, your computer system being hacked by third parties, or malicious or improper operations by others when you entrust others to handle transactions; (4) Any other losses or liabilities caused by your reasons.
